Scott D. Parker, MD has been practicing medicine for over 25 years specializing in infectious disease and wound care.

He has served as the Medical Director of the Crestwood Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine clinic and still sees patients there on a weekly basis.

Paige Slater is certified registered nurse practitioner. She has been practicing since 2007. She has 10 years of ER/Trauma experience and 8 years of NP experience in wound care and infectious disease.  


She also works at the Crestwood Wound Care and  Hyperbaric Medicine clinic.
